1. 안녕하세요. 영업팀입니다.
Hello.Sales department.
=Hello..This is the sales department.


2. 실례지만 어디십니까? (회사명, 이름을 묻고자할때)
Who's calling ,please?(May i know your (Company) name? )
=Sorry,but may i ask who is calling?
=Sorry,but who am i speaking to?



3. 연결해드리겠습니다. (미스터리에게)
=I will put you through to Mr ~~
=I will transfer your call to Mr./Ms ~~
=I will connect you with/to ~


상담이 가능한 직원을 연결해드리겠습니다.(미스터 리가 부재중일때)
I will put you through to someone who available .
=I'll put you through to someone who can help you.

Please hold for the next available person.(상담 가능한 다음 직원 연결을 해드릴테니 잠시 기다려주세요)


3. 미스터 리는 현재 부재중입니다.
= Mr.Lee is just left.
=Mr.Lee is out now.
=Mr.Lee is not at his desk right now


미스터 리는 현재 미팅중입니다.
Mr.Lee is in a meeting now


미스터 리는 현재 통화중입니다.
Mr.Lee is on the phone now


4. 내일 출근할 예정입니다.
He will be here tomorrow.


30분후에 돌아올 예정입니다.
He/She will be back in 30 minutes..


2시간 후에 통화가 가능합니다.
He/She will be back in 2 hours.


5. 미스터 리가 전화를 드린다고 합니다.
Mr.Lee will call you back soon.
=Mr.Lee will get back to you, later

미스터 리에게 전화드리라고 전하겠습니다.
I will have Mr.Lee call you soon.
=I will have Mr.Lee call you ASAP.
